NovaSeed AI ("NovaSeed", "we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our application and services.

1. Data we collect

Account data

Name, email address, and authentication information when you sign up.

Integration data

When you connect Slack, Gmail or Google Calendar, we access metadata (senders, subjects, timestamps, channel names) needed to identify priority signals. We do not store the full content of your messages or emails.

Usage data

Actions taken in the app, preferences, usage frequency, and performance metrics.

Technical data

Device type, operating system, IP address, and session identifiers to ensure security and proper functioning of the service.

3. Artificial intelligence and data processing

NovaSeed uses AI models (OpenAI GPT-4, Claude) to analyze your data and generate insights. Your personal data is never used to train these models. We have strict zero-retention and no-training agreements with our AI infrastructure providers.

4. Data sharing

We never sell your personal data. We share your data only with:

6. Data retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Briefings are archived for the duration of your subscription. After account deletion, your data is permanently erased within 30 days.

7. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR and applicable laws, you have the following rights:

NovaSeed is a B2B service designed for professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any significant changes will be notified to you by email or through the app. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
