Terms of Service

By using NovaSeed, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using NovaSeed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Service description

NovaSeed is a B2B SaaS application that helps professionals prioritize their tasks by aggregating and analyzing data from their work tools (Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar) using artificial intelligence. The service includes:

  • check_circle A smart priority radar
  • check_circle Automated daily briefings
  • check_circle One-tap actions (reply, approve, delegate, follow up)
  • check_circle Integrations with your existing work tools

3. User account

  • arrow_forward You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when signing up
  • arrow_forward You are responsible for the security of your account and credentials
  • arrow_forward You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • arrow_forward You must be at least 16 years old to use the service

4. Subscriptions and payment

payments The Explorer plan is free with limitations (2 integrations, 10 AI actions/month)
payments The Navigator and Captain plans are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually
payments Paid plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required
payments You can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period
payments Refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis for the unused period

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • block Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • block Attempt to circumvent service limitations or security measures
  • block Interfere with the operation of the service or servers
  • block Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the service
  • block Share your account or resell access to the service
  • block Use bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automated tools

6. Third-party integrations

NovaSeed connects to third-party services via OAuth. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access the data necessary for the operation of the service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You remain subject to the terms of use of the connected third-party services.

7. Artificial intelligence

The service uses AI to analyze and prioritize your data. AI results are suggestions and do not constitute professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. Actions executed through NovaSeed (replies, approvals) are irreversible after the 24-hour rollback period.

8. Intellectual property

  • copyright NovaSeed, its code, design, and algorithms are our exclusive property
  • copyright Your data remains your property. We do not claim any rights over your content
  • copyright We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the service

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law:

  • warning We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • warning Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months
  • warning We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • warning We are not liable for actions taken on third-party services through NovaSeed

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these Terms. You can delete your account at any time. After termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to the terms

We may modify these Terms. Significant changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
