Every piece of data entering NovaSeed is encrypted before storage. Even in case of unauthorized database access, your data remains unreadable.
Slack, Gmail and Calendar connections protected
Your access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a unique key per operation. Nobody — not even us — can read them in plaintext.
Messages and summaries encrypted at rest
Your message contents, AI summaries and sensitive contexts are automatically encrypted before storage. The data is useless without the key.
AI never sees your real data
Before each analysis, your personal information is replaced with pseudonyms. AI works blindfolded — only you see the final result.
Names, emails and channels masked automatically
Before each AI call, "Marie Dupont" becomes "Person_1", your email becomes "email_1@anon.local". AI never knows your real identity.
Results restored for your eyes only
Once the analysis is complete, real names are reinjected before display. The mapping is ephemeral and destroyed after each request.
Your data belongs to you

Never used to train AI
Our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) do not use your data to train their models. It's contractual.
